饼

bǐng - pastry, cake

I know the word 蛋糕 for cake, but I haven't learnt 饼, which seems to be the word for a pancake, as in the words 煎饼, 烙饼, 松饼, 薄饼, 博烤饼 and 热香饼.

我们今天做了薄饼。
We made pancakes today.
